read more…Dr. Mark D. BrannonDr. Brannon was born and raised in beautiful Arizona and has dedicated his life to making the smiles of his home state healthy and beautiful. Dr. Brannon completed his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 1977 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 1980. After opening his first private practice in 1981 in Phoenix, he rapidly became one of the most sought after dental medical professionals in the Southwest.
Dr. Brannon, believing in excellence without exceptions, has continued to learn and implement the latest advancements in procedures, technology and dentistry by attending courses and seminars on implant dentistry, periodontal therapy, TMD therapy, and sedation dentistry, as well as being well-informed and up to date on current dental research, scientific findings, and breakthroughs. Dr. Brannon’s integrity and knowledge of dentistry, paired with the wisdom that comes from working with people’s teeth for over 35 years, not only makes him a good doctor, but also makes him the person you can trust your smile to.×
Dr. Laura Sibrava DMD
read more…Dr. Laura SibravaDr. Laura Sibrava grew up just outside of Chicago in Mount Prospect, Illinois. She attended the University of Maryland to study Microbiology and Dance. Being the only dancing scientist at the university, Dr. Laura returned back to Chicago to split her time performing with dance companies while working as a dental assistant in Oral Surgery and Orthodontics. In 2006, Dr. Sibrava returned to school to complete her Masters of Biomedical Sciences, followed by Dental School at Midwestern University, right here in Glendale, Arizona.
After dental school, Dr. Sibrava worked on the Navajo and Apache Reservations, providing pediatric dental care to the Native American people of Arizona. Most recently, Dr. Sibrava served as the Chief Dental Officer for Hidalgo Medical Services and their eleven clinics throughout Southwest New Mexico.×
Dr. Neil Zachs Periodontist
read more…Dr. Neil ZachsDr. Neil Zachs is a Periodontist, which is a Dental Specialist that focuses on the structures that are involved in the support of your teeth. He not only performs traditional periodontal procedures aimed at saving your dentition, he also does different types of soft tissue grafting procedures to treat "gum recession", as well as being very proficient in the surgical phase of Dental Implant Placement. He has placed approximately 10,000 implants during his career.
Dr. Zachs earned his DMD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1992. He then went on to a Surgical Residency in Periodontics at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln, NE. While there, in conjunction with the University of Texas at San Antonio, he earned his Master of Science (MS Degree) in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Radiology. He was the first to publish a paper on a longitudinal research study looking at Alveolar Bone Density Changes in Post-Menopausal Women. After his residency, he went on to private practice in South New Jersey for 21 years. Aside from his Private Practice experience, he was also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Dept. of Periodontology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. He now so happy to be a part of the incredible team at the Brannon Waldman Dental Group. He resides in beautiful Scottsdale with his wife Lisa. They have 2 amazing daughters.
Terry Kapps Dental Assistant
read more…Terry KappsTerry is originally from the beautiful country of Poland, but moved to the U.S. in 1981, and has been living in Arizona since 1992. She went to school in New York and received her Dental Assistant degree from Bergen County College in New Jersey. Terry likes to go hiking, traveling, exploring new places, and is renowned for her fantastic talent and flair in the kitchen. More than anything, she loves to spend time with her husband Jack and her brilliant son, also named Jack. Terry has been with Brannon Dental since 1992 and is part of our Brannon family.×
Holly Lindeen Hygienist
read more…Holly Lindeen Holly is originally from Minnesota, and moved to the sunny state of Arizona to get away from the bitter cold winters. She attended school in Minnesota for both dental assisting and dental hygiene, and has been in the dental field since 2003. Holly’s primary objectives as a dental hygienist include, providing patients with quality care, educating them on prevention methods, and positively influencing their oral health and overall well being. In their spare time, Holly, her husband Jon, and their two children enjoy going to movies, hanging by the pool and of course rooting for the MN Twins and Vikings!×

She has been in the dental field since 1999 and is passionate about educating her patients on preventing disease to achieve a healthier mouth and body. She enjoys the Arizona sunshine over the cold winters of the east coast and the hurricanes of the SE where she lived for a while. She has a son, Taylor, who is a student at ASU. She started working part time in the dental field in 2003 and turned it into a full time career. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys hiking, running and floating around the pool with a good book.×
